This class is suitable for beginners & Intermediate levels. We work the whole body in this low impact fitness class. Aiming to strengthen your core, to improve posture. Work on flexibility & mobilisation to help prevent stiff joints. We will be using resistance equipment to tone muscle, which improves muscle strength & endurance, burns fat, enhances bone density and improves your overall fitness and health.
