Pilates Inspired,
Full-Body Workouts

I want to motivate women to keep active, make time for themselves and achieve their fitness goals, which improves not only their physical health, but their mental health too.
 
My classes are Pilates Inspired, low impact and target the full body.

Pilates with a new twist!

I love to teach Pilates with small equipment & accessories, as I feel resistance training whether it is bodyweight or with equipment is key, and its challenging, fun and gives results.  

Class equipment used as follows:

  • Small l hand weights

  • Resistance Bands

  • Sliders

  • Magic Circle (Ring)

  • Small Pilates Ball

  • Foam Roller

  • Blocks ...... and more
