About the event
This is a structured class. Each week will be different, but will include a Warm-Up, Main Circuit will be 45 Min of Functional training using hand weights and Body weight. Followed by a cool down & Stretch.
This is a Total body workout. This will include Mobility, Core, Strength and Light Cardio, overall Physical Function, Practical real-life movements. Suitable for all levels, modifications given.
Light hand weights will be supplied, if wanted. As ladies progress they are encouraged to bring their own heavier weights along to the workout, if they wish.
