About the event
This Six week Menofit plan, is a progressive programme, designed to educate and support women transitioning from Peri menopause, Menopause and Post menopause. Each week we will focus on symptoms, nutrition, stress management, sleep and overall well-being.
Each session includes an informative talk followed by a structured fitness class, e.g. Beginners Pilates, Flexibility & Mobility, Resistance, Legs, Bums & Tums and more.
Discussions and personal sharing are encouraged, with additional materials provided for continued learning
